      There has not been a qualified Director at the center since November 2023. Since a qualified Director has not been in charge of the center the operation has been cited for emergency practices that have been overlooked.       Floors, ceilings and Walls in Good Repair and Clean

      During inspection of the classrooms, I observed four occupied classrooms with dirty, unsanitary areas that were accessible to children. These areas included walls behind the trash where the trash can is, the bathrooms and toilets, and floor area near diaper changing table in the 2's class. The white covering on the particle board beneath the handwashing sink in the school age classroom is breaking and chipping.
