A caregiver in the infant room did not use good judgement as the infants pacifier fell on the floor and rolled under the table and then she picked it up and gave it to the infant without rinsing. (NOTE: This was seen on camera and addressed with the director who informed the caregiver of what was seen. The pacifier was taken from the infant and rinsed off before returning it to baby.)
