Basic Requirements for Infants - Never Unsupervised
Two caregivers failed to provide the level of appropriate infant supervision necessary to prevent an infant from being trapped in the safety belt of a highchair, thus resulting in red marks being left on the infant?s neck. The injury did not require medical attention. The caregivers responsible were terminated as a result of the incident.
