Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
The bathroom has items that specify to keep out of reach of children on the bathroom counter and around the bath rub area. The play room has a play yard with holes in the mesh that creates a strangulation hazard. The living room large indoor play pen also has holes in the mesh sides and the manufacturer instructions specifies to not use if the mesh develops tears. In the hallway, there is a metal plate on one of the door that is only partially secured and is lose and causes a hole. The fish tank in the living room used by children has accumulated dirty and grime from the lid of the fish tank and down the side where children can touch it. Also, a tv tray in the living room has a medication weekly planner in reach of children.
