Seven children in care were observed participating in outdoor activity time in an unfenced area which includes a patio and a play structure. There is a fenced in play area however it was not in use by the children in care at the time of the inspection. This was addressed with the caregiver and the operation will no longer used the unfenced area, only the area that is already fenced in.
