Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
An electrical cord was observed coming from high up on the side of the building all the way down and wrapped around a gate on one of the playgrounds. This accessible to children. This gate to the playground is not large enough to close properly and leaves a space big enough that a small child could get through. There was a a toy Little Tyke tool station on the playground with broken plastic. This was corrected at inspection as it was removed from the playground. Broken wood was observed on the bottom of the door frame that is on the outside of the building. This door opens up to a playground.
