Children Handwashing After Toileting or Diapering
Diaper changes were observed at inspection with infants having their diapers changed but the infants did not have their hands washed afterwards. Additionally, infants did not have their hands washed prior to eating/drinking a bottle. Staff were observed preparing bottles and were not washing their hands prior.
