      Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

      A child was able to exit the operation, leave the premises of the operation and walk a far distance toward the intersection of a highway. The operation learned of the child?s whereabouts from a parent arriving and stating they saw a child walking down the road. Operation staff then drove in their vehicle to get the child and bring him back to the operation.
