Younger children were obsersved during outdoor play. Supervision was inappropriate as caregivers were observed not adequately supervising children that were playing in different areas of the large playground.

During my inspection, I observed a closet/supply room door that was unlocked. This supply room is located in a bathroom that is used by children. Upon opening the door, there were several cleaning products inside. This was corrected at inspection when the door was locked.
