Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
At the time of inspection both outdoor areas were observed to have trash/debris on the ground. Both playgrounds had large holes and low hanging branches. The toddler playground was observed to have vines with thorns, exposed screws protruding from the fence, a broken panel in the wood fencing, and a chicken wire barrier with sharp edges that was not secured. There was also concern that several areas of a brick wall on the toddler playground were in poor condition with several loose bricks and degraded mortar. Play equipment (spring car) on the preschool playground had a base that was exposed.

At the time of inspection, a water hose was observed on the toddler playground which was accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection by staff removing the hose and storing it in area inaccessible to children.
