Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment
There was a storage closet attached to the playground which was in need of repair. The bottom of the door to the closet was detached/unhinged, and there was paint and old playground equipment in the closet which was accessible to children due to the closet being damaged and unlocked. The wood at the base of the door frame was rotten, and there were exposed nails/screws as well. Photos were taken.
