      Based on interviews and videos, two staff did not make a name to face count or a thorough sweep of the playground when transitioning the children from outside to the inside of the building resulting in a child being left on the toddler playground for 1 minute and 3 seconds. The PreK and the afterschool areas were being utilized at this time, but staff were unaware of the child that was left until the child was noticed by a caregiver.

      At the time of the inspection, the caregiver in the PreK room did not know how many children were in her care. She stated there were 16 children in her care when there were 17.This was corrected when the caregiver recounted the children on the Ipad.
