      During the inspection multiple health and safety hazards were identified. The sink located in the licensed space in the bathroom was not functioning. The bathroom did not have paper towels or soap to wash hands. The operation did not have a step stool for children in care to independently access the handwashing sink. There were multiple holes observed in the backyard where children in care could easily trip. There was trash and tall weeds located in the backyard where children in care play. There was a wading pool with water in it located where children in care have access in the backyard. The wading pool was emptied during the inspection prior to CCR Specialist leaving. There was a trampoline observed in the backyard where children in care have access.
