      Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

      A can of air freshener spray was observed on top of the toilet in the children's afterschool restroom. A second can of air freshener spray, and several plastic bags were observed under the sink in the afterschool room. The products and plastic bags were accessible to children. Several spoiled oranges, and children's masks were observed on the ground in the afterschool outdoor playground. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the air freshener sprays and plastic bags were removed and stored in an area out of children's reach. The children's facial masks and spoiled oranges were discarded.
