A child was playing with bubbled plastic wrap in the classroom. Additional bubble wrap was on a low shelf accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver took the packing wrap from the child. Inspector removed the rest of the bubble wrap from the shelf.

AP Cribs - Only Snug Fitting Sheet and Crib Mattress Cover Allowed if Infant Younger than 12 Months of Age
Two infants ages two and five months were awake in theire cribs. One infant had a sleep sack loose in the crib and the other had a bib and a head band in the crib. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the items.
