This standard was found to be out of compliance when a caregiver was alone with 13 two-year-old children in their own classroom, during nap time for 30 minutes before the second caregiver arrived. The children were being active and not laying on their mats. The ratio for a group of two-year-olds is 1:11.

Operation had a gas leak on the property which also caused for there to be no heat to the classrooms. Smell of gas was reported. Operation did not notify Licensing with the required timeframe about the situation..
