There were several items that the children have access to when out on the playground. There is a missing gate to the enclosure for the AC unit. The storage building outside is not locked and has items such as paint cans stored inside. There is a large gap of about 9 inches under the storage that is not covered which can allow children to crawl under the bottom. There is a broken pallet that the children have access to.
