      Observed teacher 4 teachers doing diapering procedures and did not wash hands in between in child's diaper change. Teachers observed to be wearing gloves and would remove gloves prepare the area and place new gloves on rather than washing hands after area was prepared for new child in diaper change. Observed a caregiver wipping childs nose to remove buggers, teacher threw wipes that was used to clean nose away and grabbed a new wipe to clean another child's nose. Observed Class coming inside from outdoor time and teachers did not wash the childrens hands once they came back inside.
