      The outdoor play space is not being maintained. The following will need to be addressed: 1. There was overgrown grass and weeds covering various areas of the outdoor play space. This needs to be mowed to eliminate hazards that cannot be seen. 2. There was a large boat on a trailer in the outdoor play space that needs to be removed.
