Evidence supports a caregiver did not properly supervise a child in her care. The child was able to leave the operation, go through the operation's parking lot and to the 4-lane highway in front of the operation. Vehicles on the highway had to quickly stop to avoid contact with the child. The caregiver responsible for the child's supervision at the time this occurred is no longer employed.
