      The hot water in the bathroom exceeded 120 degrees Fahrenheit. This was corrected at inspection with the setting of the water heater changed to setting A on the water heater that changes the temperature to 120 degrees and the water temperature was re-checked to be less than 120 degrees.

      Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

      The outdoor space has two holes in the dirt that are a trip hazard. The garden hose is also stored in a pile that could be a trip hazard. There are also pieces of a bird around the outdoor space that can carry disease. Additionally, the outdoor space fencing has wire that has sharp edges from where the wire is needing repair.
