The playground maintenance checklist were evaluated and the operation was able to provide a checklist being completed in a week in December 2025 and January 2026 as well as February 2026. This is in compliance. The emergency practices form for the physical year of 2025 was available for review. The procedures for ensuring that the number of required safety drills for the physical year of 2026 were discussed and there is a plan in place. A letter showing that the operation does not have gas and therefore, does not require a gas inspection was not available upon request.

Three staff files were reviewed: One staff did not have current First Aid training as it expired in 6/2025. Two staff had CPR training that was obtained online only, however, this training requires hands-on skill-based instruction, practice, and testing. The third staff did not have CPR and First Aid training available for review upon request.
