      Screen Time Activities - Not Used During Eating or Rest Times

      During a walk through of nap time I observed a movie playing while four out of seven children were asleep. Three children were up watching the movie. This was addressed with the caregiver and the screen was turned off.

      Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

      During the walk through of the playground I observed safety hazards present such as ; a shovel leaning against the shed, standing water in storage containers, four metal poles without caps with sharp edges, and broken playground equipment. All safety hazards present were accessible to children and could cause potential injuries such as cuts, scrapes, or bruises. The Director removed all safet hazards during the inspection.
