Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
During the walk through of the playground I observed safety hazards present such as ; a shovel leaning against the shed, standing water in storage containers, four metal poles without caps with sharp edges, and broken playground equipment. All safety hazards present were accessible to children and could cause potential injuries such as cuts, scrapes, or bruises. The Director removed all safet hazards during the inspection.
