Based on the investigation obtained, it was determined that the primary caregiver did not use good judgement on two occasions as the caregiver recorded a child?s behavior instead of intervening. In addition, the caregiver chose not to intervene timely during an altercation between children. The primary caregiver demonstrated poor judgment by not effectively communicating with a child.
