    During opening, the center had two classes. In one class one caregiver was observed supervising 15 children. Four children were infants, ranging from ages 12 months to 17 months. The maximum number a caregiver with 4 infants of that age group is 5 children. Opening group was divided two hours after opening the center. In the other class one caregiver was observed supervising 7 children ranging from ages 3 months to 15 months. Specified age group was 12-17. The maximum number one caregiver can have, based on the children's ages, is 5 children.
