Roof outside the school age classrooms is in need of repair. There are sections of the roof that is detaching from the main structure and hanging. It has water damage. A/C unit in office closet is leaking water. There is green and black mold under the A/C unit. Two ceiling panels in the office, and one in the infant classroom were observed to have water stains. Three floor tiles in the infant classroom are broken.
