In the children's gym women's bathroom, it was observed having wall damage with no backing resulting in the stall not being able to be used and blocked with a ladder. The bathroom door did not have an out of order sign. The Pre-K classroom has a water fountain that needs cleaning and repair. The fountain did not have an out of order sign.
