      An antibacterial soap was seen under the sink in the restroom, making it accessible to the children. The label on the soap stated to keep away from children. In the outdoor area there was a bottle of Engine Oil and a bottle of Industrial Strength Hand-Cleaning Wipes accessible to the children. NOTE: These were corrected at inspection when caregiver made the items inaccessible to the children.
