      Holes were observed in the walls in one classroom, garbage cans had not been wiped down, the carpet was observed with stains, the ceiling vents in one classroom was observed with dust, the ceiling tiles in one of the classrooms were water stained, the tires on the playground were not observed with holes for drainage.

      Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

      Caterpillar toy on the playground was found to have screws used to hold it together which were not per manufacturer directions. The screws were found to be protruding underneath in the tunnel area used by children in care. This was corrected when the caterpillar was removed. Broken toys were on the playground, this was corrected when the toys were removed Both gates leading out of the playground area were found to have large gaps when latched to the fence, presenting an entrapment hazard. Extension until Friday the 10th.
