Location of Handwashing Sink
The front restroom off the prek room did not have paper towels accessible to the children. The paper towel holder needed new batteries and the roll of available towels sat out of the reach of the children on top of a 3/4 wall. NOTE: A battery was replaced in the paper towel dispenser during the inspection.

Two out of four sinks in the operation were functional. One portable sink did not have running water due to needing water in a diaper changing room. The second portable sink required a part to be replaced. NOTE: One portable sink had water added during the inspection. The second room had access to an additional sink in an adjacent bathroom.
