      Observed an infant under 6 months old laying on the floor taking a bottle. I explained to the caregivers that infants 6 months and younger must be held while feeding.

      One classrooms stated that they had 9 children and then corrected themselves and said they had 8 children. The licening Rep counted the children and there were 10 children in the classroom. I explained that they should know how many children that they have in care at all times.

      During a DFPS investigation, it was found that a caregiver grabbed a child by their wrist to help the child out from under a table which cause the child to receive a nursemaid's elbow.
