Hazards found during the inside walkthrough includes: television was not anchored and posed a tipping/fall hazard, electrical outlets did not have safety covers in the living room area and the playroom. The following hazards were observed outdoors: rusted wires attached to a pole, bent fence picket with an exposed rusted nail, black plastic yard border exposed and posed a tripping hazard, and a broken horse play equipment. All hazards listed were in access to children.
