      Safety Requirements for Active Play Equipment - No Entrapment Openings

      During the inspection a child's head became entrapped in an opening in the ship structure on the large playground. A photo was taken. Note: This was corrected during the inspection when the opening was covered with boards. A photo was taken.

      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      During the inspection a toilet in the front schoolers building was observed to be clogged and having issues flushing. This was corrected during the inspection. In the back nursery room there was an open closet that needs addressed. In the shooting stars classroom a toilet is out of order and repair works needs completed on the wall behind it. In the robins classroom the restroom has a broken cabinet that needs fixed.
