During the follow up inspection it was found that the director allowed three staff members to care for children without an active background check. This was corrected when the director had the caregivers go home for the remainder of their shifts.

During the follow up inspection there were three caregivers present, interacting and responsible for their own group of children that did not have an active background check. All three caregivers background checks have been submitted and are scheduled for fingerprinting. This was corrected when the director removed the caregiver from ratio.
