I observed a caregiver remove gloves after a diaper change and they did not wash their hands. This was corrected when CCR staff ask the caregiver to wash their hands.

AP Cribs - Only Snug Fitting Sheet and Crib Mattress Cover Allowed if Infant Younger than 12 Months of Age
I observed a child less than 12 months old asleep in a crib with a pacifier in their mouth that had string and stuff animal hanging from it. This was corrected when the pacifier with the string and stuffed animal attached was removed from the crib.
