Responsibilities - Not interfere with an inspection or investigation
The operation has violated the request to cease operating during the investigation process by proceeding to operate without a permit . During the inspection conducted on 5/22/25 it was determined that the program had 21 children present although they were notified on 5/16/25 that all care must cease until a permit was obtained from our department. The operation also did not grant consent for an investigation inspection to be conducted at the operation as part of the investigation.
