Employee Handwashing After Diapering a Child
A teacher did not wash their hands after changing three children's diapers This was corrected during the inspection when I intervened and informed the caregiver that their hands needed to be washed after changing a child's diaper. The caregiver corrected the matter when they washed their hands and continued to use proper diaper changing procedures with the rest of the children.
