      Floors, ceilings and Walls in Good Repair and Clean

      Multiple ceiling tiles appear to have water damage and pockets of water bubbles were observed in the toddler and school age classroom. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the director replacing the ceiling tiles.

      Illegal Operation - Not Licensed

      During the application inspection there were two toddlers and two infants being cared for by staff members. The operation is currently in the application stage and does not have a permit to care for children. This was corrected during the inspection when the parents of each child came and picked up the children.
