Food Service and Preparation Requirement - Safe and Sanitary
Two containers of open yogurt was observed in the refrigator. Both containers were labeled with children's names and one had a spoon sticking out of it. Neither container was properly covered. 6 packages of tortilla shells was observed to have expired 4/12/26. A box of saltine crackers expired 1/25/26 and a box of ritz crackers expired 46/26. A bag of open cheez-its was also observed on the shelf. NOTE:Corrected at inspection. All expired food was disposed as well as the open containers of yogurt. The cheez-its were properly sealed.
