Based on information obtained, there was sufficient evident to support the allegation that the teacher in Pre-K classroom did not report the incident happened in her classroom as required. The teacher chose not to report to the director and the parent of the victim. She only told the parent whose child cut the hair of the other child during the activity in Pre-K classroom on 06/13/2023.
