The inspector observed one teacher that had left 2 toddlers and 2 infants on highchairs from 3:05 PM to 4:23 PM until the owner stepped in to remove the children out of the highchairs to participate in other activities. These four children had finished their PM snacks at 3:15 PM.

1/There were water standing till water areas in the playground which were having mold and active worms in them. 2/There were some broken chairs and water leak from the ceiling in beam room using by children. 3/There were some rotten chairs and torn basket net for basket ball hoop on the playground using by children.
