The inspector observed that when the caregiver pushed the test button on the carbon monoxide detector, the buzzer didn't sound. It was noticed that the Carbon Monoxide Detector was out of battery. Note: The caregiver replaced the new batteries in the carbon detector and tested at the inspection.
