      Responsibilities of Caregivers - Know children responsible for

      A child in care was left unsupervised outside in the back of the daycare building near the detached playground for approximately three minutes. The caregiver responsible for the child, did not properly account for all of the children exiting the building before entering the playground. This led to the child being left behind and placed at risk of harm.
