      Ants were observed in the sink of the infant classroom and on furniture in the school-age room. AC vents in all suites have dust buildup. A side of the fence is slanted. Diaper changing mats in both infant room were torn. Broken toys and a broken cabinet were observed out in the playground. Note: During inspection provided replaced the diaper mats and removed the broken cabinet and toys.
