Safety - Areas Free From Hazards
During the inspection multiple nails were observed to be sticking out on the fence for the playground. The nails were within the range of children. A cabinet was also observed to have a piece of equipment sitting inside with nail protruding from it, the cabinet did not have any safety locks. This was corrected at the inspection.
