      At the time of the inspection a child was observed to be seated in toddler chair eating their lunch with an attached child safety belt around their waist and the chair. This safety belt was said to be added to keep the child seated during lunch because he will get up and wander around the classroom.

      At the time of the inspection a portion of the chain link fence had been undone in a way that created a small opening, The wires appeared to be attempted to be retwisted but parts were sticking out creating sharp points as well.
