AP Cribs - Only Snug Fitting Sheet and Crib Mattress Cover Allowed if Infant Younger than 12 Months of Age
During the inspection, a 4 month old child was observed sleeping in a crib with a pacifier that was attached to the clothing with a clip-on strap. An 10 month old child was observed sleeping in a play yard with a blanket. These are prohibited items for children under 12 months of age. The provider corrected this during the inspection by removing the blanket and pacifier strap.
