Written Operational Policies - Parent Rights
The operating policies were reviewed during the unannounced inspection and did not include Parent Rights. The Parent Rights information was not posted, which is an alternative method to inform parents of their rights. During the inspection, the Director sent an email to all parents with the Parent Rights form 2987 and an explanation that this information is required by licensing to be provided to parents. A copy was also posted with other parent information. This standard was corrected during the inspection and is now in compliance.

This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. During the investigation it was discovered that both staff on playground were distracted by parents which lead to a child receiving a broken arm when another child pushed them off the slide.
