      Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

      I observed dead water bugs on the floor by the toilets in a restroom used by children. There was cob webs with spider eggs in the in the corner by the trash can in the Pre-K and School-age area. The director corrected the deficiency during this inspection when it was brought to their attention by removing and cleaning the pest.
