    In the nursery 1 classroom the ceiling tile was missing and was exposing insulation due to water leak. Water was leaking from ceiling and there were three buckets of water on the floor collecting water. This classroom was not being used at the time inspection. The drain in the floor in Nursery 2 restroom had broken concrete and tile which posed a tripping hazard. This was corrected at inspection when a plastic cover was put over the drain.
